FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH |

This week I turned 51 years young, my friends and family ask if I've discovered the fountain of youth. My journey started more than twenty five years ago, a young mother over weight with no energy. I knew I didn't like that feeling, so I started dieting. Along the way I made the same mistakes everyone does, until I discovered I had to make a lifestyle change. When I say lifestyle change I mean that anyone at anytime can change unhealthy habits in a way that will strengthen their body and mind that's powerful.
The discovery that you have the power of God flowing through the universe to you, with this knowledge there's no end to what you can create in your life. For me my body is my temple that houses my spirit, so I've become aware of what goes in it. I pay close attention to what I consume as food, and what I put into my mind. We are responsible for what we are creating. We all have a chance to make difference in how we live. The people I come in contact with always want to know what I'm doing. Make good choices, and be responsible for your health, it's the most important thing you have and should be your first consideration. Read labels, know what's in your food, cook with fresh ingredients, and stay away from prepackage foods because they're full of preservatives. Even if you have to eat at fast food restaurants choose something healthy. Read and give yourself the knowledge of what's the most efficient fuel for your body to perform at its best. You would do it for your car, Right? Well your body is your vehicle through life if it gets banged up you can't trade it in for a new one.
